Recovering after 3 days without power.  Dolly managed to do some damage to the RGV.  Floods,  and power outages everywhere.  I heard from someone driving to Harlingen that there were trees down and dead animals all over the place.  That is so sad.  Hopefully we will be better prepared next time.  I thought I was prepared but I was not.  Now after going though this experience, I will be better prepared next time.
